Refund Policy

Permanent Jewelry is dainty and durable but not indestructible. The longevity of your custom piece is directly influenced by how you care for it, and your lifestyle. If caught on clothing or other objects, the chain will stretch and/or break. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or discounts for lost or stretched jewelry. All sales are final. If your jewelry breaks where it is welded, or if you need to cut it at the jump ring for removal due to medical reasons, we do offer free re-welding.
